Service Manager Speciality: wine pairing. food and beverage services. After graduated from a famed university in Taipei, Kevin started to work in food & beverage field as a wait staff in a local fine Italian restaurant. Since then, he has grown serious interest in details of fine dining. After years of working experiences in steakhouse of five-star hotels, Kevin decided to join the Danny & Company team in 2011. As a patient leader, he spends a lot of time training the service team. From new customers in the restaurant to frequent visit customers, Kevin is not only capable to handle all service requirements, but also manage to offers the most comfortable and professional food and beverage services. |
